* Please note that not all countries support tracking, in the event of this we will send as International Signed

PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping is by 2nd Class Signed for within the UK only and a maximum weight of 1.8 kg.​

Order cut-off TIME for all delivery services is 3.00 pm (UK time).

​

Orders placed after 1 pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. If you need something urgently, please call or email us.

 

Please bear in mind some items have a processing time and therefore cut-off times will not apply.​Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.​All delivery timescales are approximate and cannot be specified.​

 

International - We ship internationally and Tracked and Signed services are available via the Royal Mail. Compensation is £50 and can be upgraded to a maximum of £250, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. If you require another shipping service please contact us to see if we can assist. When ordering from outside the UK, please choose a tracked delivery service to ensure that your package does not get lost. Although, we can ship worldwide, please bear in mind that every country has its own importation laws. Therefore, if local customs hold your items, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve this. If you are unsure about the customs status in your country, contact us; we are more than happy to help.

 

​Insurance – important

 

All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over this value, as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery.​

 

We can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £50 if the free flat rate or Royal Mail Signed for option is chosen.​

 

IMPORTANT: If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence. While we aim to ship promptly please understand shipping timing cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is selected.​

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund

 

All purchases made by you are deemed final and may not be returned or refunded, notwithstanding the clauses below.

 

Returns (If applicable)

  • But in any case of the product having errors, non functioning or defective, please contact us and exhibit the problem. We reserve the right to refuse your interpretation of errors, non functioning, or defects. A return or refund is only possible once we have agreed that the product is not up to our expectations.

  • This policy lasts 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we will deem you are satisfied with your purchase and a return or refund is no longer possible.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

  • We will not guarantee receiving your product, therefore you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance.

 

Refunds (If applicable)

  • There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted, if a product is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • If a refund is granted, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • We will only refund you the amount for the products. Shipping and any other fees will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges (If applicable)

  • Certain products are made exclusive therefore a replacement may not be possible, if a replacement can not be agreed upon then we will offer you a refund.
